At the launching ceremony, the wonderful moments and many achievements of this competition from 2015 to 2018 were fully displayed, and the competition arrangement and implementation plan this year were also introduced.
Yao Ming, chairman of China Basketball Association, affirmed the achievements of China’s three-person basketball in the past year in his speech, and said that this year is the fifth year of China’s three-to-three basketball league, it also happens that the men’s basketball World Cup is held in 8 cities in China. Top events and basic events complement each other and work together. I believe that basketball will usher in another new developmental period in China.
In 2019, China’s three-to-three basketball league matches were divided into three stages: provincial competition, regional competition and national finals, with men’s youth group (15-17 years old), women’s youth group (15-17 years old), men’s Open Group (18-45 years old) and Women’s Open group (18-45 years old) cover more than 300 cities nationwide. The regional competition and the national finals also plan to invite NBA and CBA stars to cheer for athletes.
