Badminton level rating standard released
BEIJING, May 6 (reporter Sun Longfei) on the afternoon of the 6th, the Chinese Badminton Association held a press conference in Beijing, officially announcing the evaluation standard of badminton level.
In this rating system, athletes of grade 3 and above implement the technical rating standards of athletes issued by the State Sports General Administration. Athletes of grade 4 to grade 6 can be obtained by participating in various mass badminton competitions sponsored by badminton associations at all levels, level 6 to level 9 athletes and 7 children’s grades are obtained by taking the test of skill subjects.
Compared with the technical rating system of athletes that only professional athletes can achieve in the past, the trial rating system is aimed at ordinary enthusiasts. Zhang Jun, chairman of the Chinese Badminton Association, said that this standard is the national evaluation system of badminton level classification, which can open up the channel between amateurs and professional players, enrich the badminton talent reserve, it is of far-reaching significance to further promote the popularization and sustainable development of badminton programs.
