Zhang Lizeng, chairman of China Stadium Association, said that with the approaching of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the public’s enthusiasm for participating in ice and snow sports continued to rise. Venues around the country should take advantage of the situation and mobilize social forces to participate together. Under the guidance of the National Ice and Snow site facilities construction plan (2016-2022), accelerate the ice and snow site facilities construction and improve the quality, constantly meet the supply demand of “driving 0.3 billion people to participate in ice and snow sports.
Liu Fumin, director of the sports economy department of the State General Administration of Sports, interpreted the “two reforms” plan of public stadiums. He understood and read the work of “two reforms” from five aspects: the background of the reform, the understanding of the transformation function, the thinking of the reform mechanism, and the typical cases of the two reforms.
Following the working meeting of the annual meeting, the member exchange activities are also held as scheduled.
