Viii. Requirements and detailed rules for the entries
1. The name of the collected works is “sports lottery · Ring Central Plains 2019 cycling competition (*** station) photography works.
As long as the entries are related to the competition, they can be competition conditions, athletes, referees, volunteers, scenery, Humanities, etc., but they must be original.
2. Draft Time: deadline from now until October 31, 2019 (subject to the time when the works are received); The works of each competition should be submitted within one week after the end of the competition on this site.
3. Entry requirements: the style of the entries is not limited, and black and white, colored photos are acceptable; Each author can choose to send a maximum of 10 single works; no more than 6 photos in each group (stick with transparent tape on the back of the work in the order of arrangement), up to 5 groups. Works can be in digital file JPEG format, with pixels no less than 2m; Paper printing photos can also be used for competition. The specifications of works are 10 inches (25.4cm long side).
The entries must be named in the format of “author name +” title “+ shooting place + mobile phone number”, and those without the title will not be awarded.
4. All participating works owners (contractors) have the right to use websites, newspapers, magazines, CDs and picture albums without paying extra remuneration.
5. No entry fee or rejection will be charged for this competition.
6. After winning the award, the mobile phone SMS notification or email notification will be announced on the homepage of Henan sports news network.
8. The copyright of the winning works belongs to the organizer.
9. All participants who choose to send works to contribute are deemed to agree to all the provisions of this announcement. Any works that do not meet the requirements of the competition will be disqualified once found. Legal issues such as copyright, portrait right and reputation right of the entries shall be solved and borne by the author.
