China started late in snowmobile project, with poor foundation and low public awareness rate of the project, which is a relatively unpopular winter project in China. However, the pace of the Chinese team chasing snowmobile power went very fast. The national team was established in 2015. Its members were selected from professional athletes and sports college students in other projects, and the training started from scratch. Ying Qing changed from the women Athletics 100 m hurdles to the snowmobile national team.
