From May 23 to June 29, the Chinese team held summer training in Jinzhou, Liaoning province. A successful campaign cannot be carried out without close cooperation with governments at all levels. Zhang Xiaodong, chairman of China sailing Wind Surfing Association, has a clear understanding of this.
She said that the development of sailing wind surfing involves the planning and use of water docks, and government support is essential. To this end, China sail association needs to raise its service awareness, help governments at all levels to complete long-term development plans and provide practical implementation plans, leaving a place where local people can carry out sports and ensuring the sustainable development of sports.
