Zhang Peimeng, who grew up from the professional sports team, thinks that the biggest problem of student athletes is not the training conditions, but the “attention”. “After all, in school, normal classes are required at ordinary times, and it is inevitable to be distracted.” Zhang Peimeng said. He didn’t recognize the “high-tech equipment” proposed by the students, but he put forward three requirements to the students: to train in the team on time, to prepare carefully, and not to watch mobile phones during training. “Managing students and managing athletes in professional teams are two different things. There can be no unreasonable requirements, and it is difficult for them to stand on the training ground and the field without any distractions.”
“Brother Meng” made the students speechless and turned the topic to the question of how to sort out their emotions in the competition. Wang Yu’s competition results can’t reflect his training level, more because it is also easy to “distract” after playing, “tell the players, ‘don’t take care of your opponents, don’t look at it. At the turning point of his life as a teacher in Tsinghua, Zhang Peimeng was getting better. However, he still had to wait for the opportunity in another new role. Steel snowmobile is a project that the Chinese team has just started to contact. Most members of the national team are selected from other projects. Zhang Peimeng’s enthusiasm for speed has not changed at all. “this speed is not the same as 100 meters, and some are not within his own control.” Zhang Peimeng said that now his shoulder injury has not recovered. In addition to waiting for the season, he has to wait for the injury to recover. “There is still a dream that he hopes to stand on the stadium of Beijing Winter Olympics.” He said, “I have to focus on every role. Now in the track and field season, I still want to take good students first.”
